The ratios that this ANPB diet gives you though seem perfect for a CKD diet - I bet with some personal tweaking it would work really well.
He does state in that thread that the diet (or any ketosis diet) is not for long term.
For instance, on days I have to work, I have almost no time to prepare meals. Ive been wanting to cut for a while now, but Im still trying to figure out how Im going to get the food in. I could whip up 8 shakes in the morning, bring them to work in a cooler, and Id be all set. On my days off, could go with a diet based on more solid/proper foods, and with the carb up on the weekend that's only 3.5 days or so of the liquid meals. Might make an effective cutter.
Wouldnt be too hard to replace 2 or three of the 'shakes' with a solid meal, either. (like breakfast and before bed)
The reviews over there seem to be really positive.
i won't even comment on his political beliefs. oh boy. maybe i will.
