All aboard the Epistane GainTrain!!

Day 14

So it's the start of week 3, feeling good, vascularity is still up and my gym aggression is through the roof! I was a bit snappy yesterday but I think it was from hunger because of the morning fasts! Today was a rest/cardio day, I done another carb day yesterday and finished my calories by 6 again so I decided to do a 20 hour fast again with some tabata style circuit training to help me kick back into keto and the hunger is really getting to me at the minute haha my shoulders seem to have blown up a bit, looking good and the waistline has dropped but I'm going to get weighed and all my measurements done tomorrow so I'll know properly! But yeah still positive, hopefully the fat burning side and strength start to come this week off the havoc! Saying that I seem to be able to squeeze a few more reps in than usual, we will see!

Day 18

Everything is still going really well, no side as of yet! Pumps and veins are crazy now! Especially when I train arms! My bicep cramped up while training today! My chest is filling out and my waist is slimming I think but I've put in a lb, in a deficit!!!! Crazy haha it's hard to tell about strength because I'm on GVT, even though every week I'm improving a few reps but i don't feel stupidly strong! Still I'm feeling like I'm having a really good cycle! I'm upping the epi to 40mg Monday!
 
Day 23

I've been so busy I keep forgetting about this log! Anyway still progressing nicely, leaning out everywhere via my stomach and love handles! So frustrating! My workouts are still awesome and the strength I was so longing is really starting to shine! I went from being able to only complete 6 sets of 220lbs to 10x10, it felt like I was going to die and my legs hated me for it but I managed it! I have an insatiable drive while lifting at the minute, literally have a stop watch for 1 min rests and pushing myself harder than almost ever really! Only doing cardio fasted now, the hunger is too much, constantly unsatisfied with my meals at the minute, still haven't gone over 2100 calories a day this month, try tit keep it 2000 but it is hard battling the cycle hunger? Today was shoulders and arms

Standing OHP 132lbs: 10,10,10,10,10,10,10,8,8,8 serious shoulder pump after this!
I've changed to skull crushers because it was getting to hard not having a spot! Skulls 80lb: 10x10 just but will still up the weight next time!
Lat raises 40lbs: 10,10,10 slight body language but I'm using these as a filler atm
Strict curl 35lbs: 10,10,10 then ran the wrack afterwards, the pump was insane, I've never beeen much of a bicep training guy but just lately they cramp up and veins pop everywhere, I'm really enjoying myself haha
 
Day 28:

So another week down and still loving it! Still no sides apart from some testi atrophy and back pumps while squatting! I started 1ml ED of the 1t last week and it is the worst tasting stuff ever, literally make me want to be sick but I'm gonna persevere. If I have no side at the end of this week, I'm gonna keep the epistane on for 1 more week! I'm thinking my sides will increase though because I will run out of the 4ad this week and be swapping to epiandro so 3 dry compounds at once haha can actually see my abs now, crazy but I've stopped looking at the scale, it says I've gained weight again haha I've also got some EPH500 extreme which my mate gave me and seeing as though my blood pressure has been fine I might add it in just to help get as much off as possible in the last month
 
Day 33

Sitting here doing my cardio, I can't say much has changed still dropping weight, I feel like the strength is starting to plateau but I think the 1t is kicking in, my muscles are constantly hard and I'm getting some bad lethargy, even with a nice dose of E in the morning and early afternoon! I'll be swapping over to superEpi on Monday, thinking of loading a bit on the weekend, gonna do one more week of epistane, just gonna up my dose of NAC! Still going great though haha one more week of 10x10 then gonna drop down to 6x10 for the rest of the cycle and then 5x5 for PCT! Any info on how quick epiandro kicks in? So I don't really need to load it? If so good haha I've been ill this weekend so I haven't been able to train today, hopefully I'm better tomorrow so I can jump back on track!
 
Day 42
Basically I've given up on this log haha life is hectic! I'm in phase 2 of my GVT now 10x6 heavier and swapped up my exercises! All is still going well, I've started doing 2ml of 1T and 4 caps of epi because the lethargy from the the 1T is mad! I'm constantly tired, all the time! But I'm still losing fat and maintains all my muscle! I'm very happy with this run, finish on day 60! I'll be honest, I'm glad they stopped making the 1T it is far too expensive to run at 2ml a day, I'd run it at 2.5 maybe 3 if I had another bottle and the taste is so bad, I still can't get over how it burns the whole way down haha if anyone wants any info about anything just hit me up! I'll prob reply again when I hit PCT!
