I just saw a commercial for Alka-Seltzer and thought:
"hmmm...alka?...alkaline?...acid neutralizer?...acid buffering?...lactic acid buffering?"
Here's a little R&D for ya...
Take 2 tabs of alka-seltzer (flavored in some way) along with about 1/8 cup of baking soda (the flavored alka-seltzer would help with the salty taste of the baking soda I think) ...put this in about 12oz of water...
AND WAMMO!! blood doping heaven (but this is just a hypothesis)
I say use the 1/8 cup of baking soda for the first couple of times you try this procedure so you can become semi-accustomed to the taste of it..and then gradually work your way up to the 1/4 cup (quarter cup is what YJ recommends anyway
