Sorry if this is in the wrong area but I really need an answer.
While I was deadlifting today, I either strained/pulled a muscle in my stomach or tore some scar tissue from an old surgery. Regardless, its causing a little discomfort, and was wondering if it was okay to take 2 alieve to help with the pain. I'm on himalaya liv care support, as well as cycle assist, for liver support.

i think i read somewhere that ibuprofen is bad for the androgen receptor... maybe someone who knows for sure can answer

you should go get checked out to make sure its not a hernia

no pain in nuts or anything when i push in/strain. its just sore directly on my scar

will one night make that big of a difference? with two alieve? i mean i can tough it out i just want it to heal
