alcohol on cycle

I missed the memo that went out stating not to drink on cycle.

Yes, I know, I'm supposed to research all of these things but I missed that one.

Well I made the mistake a couple weeks back while I was on E-stane. I had a couple of beers. I didn't feel particularly bad afterwards but I discontinued my cycle after reading that one shouldn't drink while on cycle here in this section of the forum. I figure I'd be best off cleaning out my system.

In hind sight, I see how this can be quite taxing on the liver.

Anyone have any intelligent discussion to add to this?

Unless you already have liver damage - a couple of beers one evening while your on cycle is not going to hurt you.

One of the biggest problems with alcohol consumption (even moderate) while on cycle is dehydration. Of course the best thing to do is abstain while on cycle. We're only talking about a few weeks anyway. But, If you decide to have a beer or two one night then compensate by drinking more water.
