alcohol before EPISTANE cycle

Hello, I am about to begin a 6 week cycle of Epistane. I know that any alcohol consumption during this time is a no-no. My question is, is there a certain amount of time that alcohol should not be used BEFORE starting a cycle?

I'd give it a week with no ibuprofen/alcohol while you preload support supps.

As long as possible. (the longer the better)
