Alcohol and e2

How much of an effect can alcohol have on e2? Say if you only drink one day out of the week, is that going to cause e2 to skyrocket the following day? If my e2 is say 30, will a night of binge drinking raise it to 45?

I have no lab evidence, but I have read numerous articles stating that 1 drink will not have an effect, but after that it starts to increase significantly. Binge drinking having the biggest impact. I've always assumed this to be the case because I don't know anyone past 21 that doesn't appear kind of flabby with slight gyno that drinks a lot. Also, the down moody feeling that seems to accompany heavy drinking the next day could be associated with high e2 levels.

For whatever reason, beer seems to be the one they focus on having the worst impact. Red wine is usually the recommended path with the least impact. Probably because of studies done on positive overall health that red wine shows as helping.

Alcohol decreases estradiol in acute consumption. Not a great deal. Either way I wouldn't worry about it one way or another unless you're getting drunk all the time.

The way I view it is that I am not drinking every night and when I do, it is socially. I don't sit around think about losing x% of my test or raising my e2 by x%, I am having a good time.

Yeah I only drink once a week socially, used to be around 5 times a year! I've never noticed any negative strength/physique changes, but after I started trt it affects my mood.

Life is about having fun your testosterone won't be down for a long time it will not make any big negative effects on your muscle.

E2 is easy to control adex or letro. When I accidentally crashed my e2 a few time in a month while on letro. My endo told me that when I feel like sh!t because of e2 just have 4-5 12oz beers or drink 32oz of soy milk.

Problem is I stopped after 6 :). But I'm guessing that 4 beer should raise e2 consideration levels by 10-20 pg/nl. :) crash your e2 then have a few cold ones, as long as your not on a hard cycle.
