Alcohol and Carb-Loading

So I've just entered the cutting phase of the diet 3 days ago, but tomorrow not I am pretty much obligated to drink. It will be vodka which has no carbs, but alcohol itself greatly affects fat metabolism. My question is should I just make tomorrow a carb-load day and only have one more carb load day on the weekend for this week; or should I just continue with low carb tomorrow and try and limit the drinking to a shot or two.

alchool have no carb, but it became the first thing that your body burns. however the question is complex.
on your no carb day the problem of alcool is that it desydrate (sorry if i don't write correctly) and that your body burns it first of fat.
so if you take in your no carb day alchool, you must drink a lot of water, and reduces fats.
on your carbo day: it reduce the capabiliity of deposit glucose on your muscle, so.
what do you can do? limit the vodka at 1 or 2, (it have a great effect on your brain ..because you're in fast state) and follow your normal diet but try to introduce a lot of water, reduces your fat intake and take a supplements of b vitamins.

I think a good drink would be vodka, club soda, and a twist of lemon....healthy, stiff, and if you order premium vodka, you'll feel like a million bucks

fukk it...... who wants to drink?
