i was thinking of buying some bulk alcar to take while on the strenuous practice schedule just so that i would have a better mindset, better concentration, etc. however will the alcar casue me to lose more weight? i know i have used it in some stacks before and it really helped shed the fat and the last thing i need is something that will cause me to lose more weight..
dont really know too much about the compound so i figured i would ask here.. i plan on taking roughly 2 grams per day.
