ALCAR experts

I've been taking 1000mg Alcar daily on an empty stomach for its mental benefits, after being in a fog from being an alcoholic for years :whiner:. Now my question is can I continue taking Alcar along with the other supplements I cycle year round (Rhodiola, Ashwagandha ,Relora? Mind you I do 8 weeks rhodiola then 8 weeks ashwagandha etc etc. Thanks in advance for any info. Oh also I take a lot of magnesium taurate year round.

Ya that shouldn't be a problem. I prefer 1.5-2g of ALCAR but I don't see any issues with what you want to do. :thumbsup:
