Im about to start taking this. I just finished bulking. The bottle i have is 60ml @ 6mg/ml. How much is each squirt. I plan on taking 12 mg per day 4mgs 3 times a day. I suck at math so how do i figure this **** out.....thanks in advance
 
Unless it's changed lately it used to be 4mg per 6 ml. A total of 240mg per 60ml.

1 ml = 4mg Basically 3/4 of the dropper that you're given is 1 ml.
