Albuterol longer usage

Has anyone used albuterol longer than the recommended 3 weeks? I have read somewhere that there are people out there who experimented with ketotifen and benadryl to keep the receptors fresh for a longer time. But how exactly have they dosed these things and how long have they than run albuterol altogether? Have they started with benadry/ketotifen at the beginning of albuterol usage or later after for example 2 weeks in albuterol? which of these is better, ketotifen or benadryl? Is it important at which time of day one should take these because they are supposed to make you very tired. what were the results of longer albuterol usage? if one decides to not take these how long will receptors need to get fresh again after 3 weeks of albuterol? Sorry a lot of questions but perhaps someone is interested to share their experiences

People who take ketotifen w/albuterol would typically start in the 3rd week. Ketotifen is certainly the stronger of the two between it and Benadryl -- the consensus on the Benadryl thing is that it's likely more bro-science than anything, it isn't really proven to affect anything except to the extent that it ensures that you get sufficient sleep. I wouldn't run albuterol (or any other stimulant) for longer than 4 weeks. You start getting diminishing returns and it isn't worth it. For what it's worth though, an EC stack gave me more impressive results than Albuterol, but the one thing to be weary about is the lingering effects. I ran it for a bit over three weeks and ended up with quite a bit of lethargy when I stopped the cycle. I'm not sure it was entirely related, but my thought is that my receptors ended up pretty shot afterward and are taking a while to re-adjust. Not fun.
