Man thats gotta be bad then. I remeber trying to have sex and we would have to keep stopping because I would get cramps in my legs and feet and lower back. And those hurt.
 
I accidentally dosed too high for a period of a couple days and experienced the worst stomach cramps in my life. Once I stopped being stupid and took a recommend dosage, I had no problems.
 
damn i never got cramps with alb... i dosed up to 4mg 4 times per day and still never had probs

with clen on the other hand i would be laying in bed and flex my forearm and my fingers would start curling and tweakin out... also had nasty spasms in my feet

some PH's can give you cramps as well... hydration and taurine is key with everything
