hey, just looking for some advice...
i have a show in 8 weeks and just got some albuterol and dcp and i know i can stack them but was wondering what kind of cycle i should run-or if i can just run them the whole 8 weeks (maybe with some benadryl?!) i've read anywhere from 1 on 1 off to 3 on 1 off to continuous using benadryl at night?! just looking for someone who may have some experience with these two!

ps im a chick- 5'5" 19% lookin to hit <12% (or as low as possible)
