ALA & Gas?

I've been taking regular ALA in 300 mg doses 2-3 time daily. Is gas a known side for ALA? It smells just like the ALA (like sulfur). I hope the stuff isn't bad. I just got it a few weeks ago. Maybe the dose is too high.

Yeah, it's a fart-fest on R-ALA, worse than racemic ALA... scorched-Earth when I take >1G/day.

I am on an anadrol/test/tren cycle at the moment. I typically run 1-1.5G of KRALA daily when using methyls.

Trust me... it's definitely the ALA. Must be close to bowel-tolerance. Man, good thread, Scat-chat. :icon_lol:

Well thanks for the input. Maybe I will just take it before I go to bed on nights that I am alone. I can't be doing this at school or with the gf.
