Really wanted to hit the gym today but no dice they closed today. Also was up super early the little man was up at 3:30am. Been saving up for these Buffalo burgers today! And made extra for lunch for a couple days. They are delicious and so lean.

started losing power on pause bench, more then likely it is from not a lot of deep sleep. Also the whole bench thing got me messed up. The dude was super apologizing, I get it he didn’t mean to but like I told him **** man couldn’t you have just waited like 15 seconds.

Anyways happy with my strength, stamina fell off today but overall still a good session!
 
3.5 pumps of Dermacrine, I was going to bump up but I decided to just keep it here this week. Really feeling great, so I’ll do another week then maybe go up a pump!

Yeah a lot of commercial gym goers have no gym etiquette; they do not understand barbells have the right of way and not to get too close while you’re mid lift. Or to even ask if they can take plates off your rack - I call those people out fast if I plan to use that weight & they didn’t ask.

They don’t and the bench’s they have set up they get slid so close. I usually pull it out so there is ample room around it, but I didn’t today and well yeah case in point.

what a session, drenched it sweat, almost ridiculous. Legs where definitely fatigued from yesterday field work but made them work.

gassed out on the JM press. I wanted to do it earlier in the session but everything was occupied. My legs are sore as hell today I guess combination of the squats from Wednesday and then all the field work and extra steps 😂. Over all pretty happy with the session. Will be doing deads tomorrow morning!
 
3.5 pumps of dermacrine still. Did notice something on the curcumin this morning. I loaded .5 in the dropper and it seemed a different color very clear. I put the dropper back in and turned the bottle up side down and a lot of material stuck to the bottom. I tried to shake it up but it was not letting loose. So I ran hot water and let that run over the bottle shaking periodically until it let loose and mixed back into solution.

not a huge problem, I will monitor that and see if it stay or need to be heated periodically to get all mixed up.

So small update I have this week left of Dermacrine and I will be wrapping up this log. I have changed gears, took @MrKleen73 up on some coaching and will be going into a 8 week cut to shed some more fat!
 
So I know a guy, that knows a guy that raises buffalo. Picked up some rib eye steaks, and burger to sample out before we bought more of it.

These are new for me I struggled because the machine was almost not tall enough, I moved back more was better. Stretch was good.

So yesterday I was like man doing good not that hungry. Well after dinner hunger started hitting, after are evening walk and some more water and salt it subsided. I could tell I seemed to struggle a bit more in today’s session. Also though I am working on really short rest times, for which I am totally not used to 😂 so that is also a bit of a difference.

Overall really great session!

25 minutes incline 7% 3.5 mph I had to ramp up to 5 mph and slight jog in intervals then back to 3.5. Keeping heart rate 148-160 bpm
Solid sweaty dripping good time!!

I’m almost through my first bottle and had my annual TRT bloodwork today. I’m really curious to see where my DHEA and pregnenolone levels will be.

That will be interesting to see. I know one thing I sure have been impressed with the positive mood I have had during this run.

One thing that stands out to me about dermacrine (I only had the one run with it) was no crash after I came off.
 
So I have finished my first bottle of Dermacrine.

Here are my final thoughts and my review.
1. This gives you some real feel good mental energy and just a overall great sense of feeling good!
2. I had some strength increases and definitely made me fuller looking.
3. Easy applications, no issues with pump, no issues with skin irritation.
4. Will be using this again!

Overall I give this a 10 I really have nothing but positives about it. I will be running this again for sure!

Also I forgot to mention the Curcumin!
This also gets a 10 definitely takes away pain and inflammation fast. No stains and smells great. Periodically I would have to warm the bottom up with warm water and shake to mix up the settling on the bottom.
