Does anyone else feel like AI's affect their memory/reading ability? I feel like whenever I'm on one OTC or legit i can't retain information as well any thoughts on why? I know estrogen is important for memory but I'm usually on a fairly low dose
Unless you have a estrogen problem or are running a lot of wet compounds why are you running AI's? If your estrogen is "normal" then lowering it further isn't going to provide a lot of positives.
