Airborne's Quest to PowerLifting (and whatever he's on ATM)

Airborne. I figure I'd let you know now so it doesn't come as a surprise but today I did flat bench. I did 4 sets and worked up to 185 for 6 reps with 2 sec in the hole. So, yeah you should probably watch out....

Family is awesome thank you for askin bro! Just living life a day at a time.

Cycles going well... Tbh I think its starting to kick in well this week better then the rest with strength and endurance... I can't seem to get past 265 tho and have a little belly now Lmao but that's the only fat I'm holding it sux

Still melting fat off. 180 lbs strength is still close to the same...

Have not been on too many sups as of late, but I do miss when I did a bb com order and they use to send me those free razors with my order...

Don't think I'll ever get too close to 200 lbs again, unless it's 90% muscle. :-)
I'd like to stay at the weight I'm a.m. now but lose the bodyfat about 3% more.

Id be in for that you got some good logs. Still got my finaflex log running and killing it.

180 is a solid weight you're thick for that weight too im up too 185.
