I actually dropped an order recently. The payment process is a bit of a hassle but once I completed it the shipment confirmation was almost instant. I'm waiting on my package maybe it will be here by midweek.
Mike's quite fast at replies. Taking around 1 business day which is your norm for online support these days. It is a long weekend/holiday so that can be the cause of the slowdown.
