Is it always necessary to run an ai when on a test cycle or should you just go by feel.I ran test once before and didn't seem to notice an estrogen problem but I only ran 250mg a week does a higher dose mean a greater chance for estrogen issues.
 
Yes from what I have researched generally speaking the higher the dosages the chances of gyno etc is increased. Best to have an AI on hand I would say to be on the safe side.
 
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. An AI is used to keep estrogen in check, not to eradicate gyno sides when or if they appear. Your estrogen levels should never get high enough for gyno to even be a concern.
