I am about to start a cycle of monster by element nutrition.. I previously did a ph about 3 1/2 years ago that gave me very little gyno.. with that said id like to be prepared since i believe i am prone to gyno.. should i start an AI during my cycle or should i wait until i start noticing sides? if so which AI should i go with? arimidex?
