AI w/ test-e + dbol

I've ran hdrol and winny in the past with no gyno signs and I plan on running a test-e+dbol cycle. One forum recommended using the cycle to see if I'm gyno sensitive by having adex on hand and dosing it at 0.25mg MWF if gyno signs start. Another person recommended taking aromasin at 12.5mg/day from the beginning of the cycle. He said adex can take up to 30 days to become fully effective, is that true? I read in William Llewellyn's Anabolics book that estrogen is needed to optimize gains so some people hold off on AIs, but test-e and dbol are highly androgenic. What do you all recommend?
 
I always need an AI while on test, most do, some can get away with no AI.

So yes definitley get some. I would suggest getting some exemestane & letro(just to have on hand at all times)

Run the exemestane @ 12.5 ED or EOD depending on how you react to the test/dbol. You'll know if you should start dosing, your nips will start to get really sore and when they start forming tiny lumps you def need to start up an AI.

i'm thinkin of doing aromasin 12.5mg ED while on the dbol kicker then switching to 12.5mg EOD when just on the test. i know some have said to wait for gyno symptoms before starting aromasin, but is it too late at that point? someone said adex takes 30 days to become fully effective, will aromasin take effect immediately?
 
aromatase inhibitors start working as soon as you put them in the same place you shove all those big bananas.

there isn't a lag time to when it starts binding to aromatase preventing estrogen enzymatic conversion.
