AI use??

New here and have a question. I have been doing lots of researching but can't really find a black and white answer. Naturally I am an endomorph have carried lots of weight my whole life but in the last half a year or so I've finally got my diet in check have dieted down to about 15 % body fat..but I have a sticking point and hold a lot of weight in my abdominal region and legs. I was lookin at signs of high estrogen, though I don't have many I do have a few like flushness always, water retention, no matter if I sauna or sweat a lot during the gym I just never can that veins or thin skin but in my arms and shoulders I feel should show a lot more than what they do and I carry weight in my chest as well and insulin resistance is poor but given I'm an endo..so anyways my question is would it be a smart to use an aromatse inhibitar supplement daily for like a month or two then cycle? maybe a basic one would help from like bb.com or go something little harder like arimex or such? Bad idea or smart idea?

AI's are rather mild.
Have you had any bloodwork done to see if your hypothesis is correct?
If you want to play backyard doc and try one formabolic (our topical formestane) is mild.and effective at 100-200mg ed its worth checking out if you are interested

If you want a good OTC AI

That, Formeron, or Transform are great options.

IMO there is mo harm in running it a month or two but if you think you have legitimately out of range estrogen levels I would get some bloodwork done first.

Thanks for the response. No haven't done any bloodwork, rignt now just guessing :-/ but I'm only 24 so idk if thT has has todo with anything and insurance isn't the best so idk what a test would cost but would it hurt or be risky just to try one for a month or two and see what results I get? Is tbere risks to taking one if estrogen levels sent high?

Tests are cheep but running an AI like fotmabolic comes with very little ( if any) sides

This.

Run the AI you will probably enjoy it,

I was only suggesting a test for if you were legitimately concerned you had high E, which is unlikely

No, no and no.

Do not self diagnose. Get blood work done before running one of the strongest OTC AI's out there. Crushing estrogen is not good for developing mass. At 15% bf you are just holding fat. A lot of people think they hold water when in reality they are just fatter than they would like to be.

YES!!! People are always blaming water retention instead of realizing they have way more fat than they think
