Been off aromasin for over a month now. Estrogen lvls are still good.. dr thinks my low kidney function is being caused by the aromasin. Did some googling and found in women undergoing cancer treatment had this issue from AI use.. anyone else have this issue?

If estrogen are too low for too long this can cause dehydration potential stressing water balance
I would also think about looking at potential UTI if symptoms are present also consider possible candida or other infections as possible underlying pathologies needing to be ruled out. Aromasin causing kidney issues, I have never had this happen in case or have seen literature supporting it
