So i have a hard time staying asleep at night. I have tried 3z before and i like it. Problem is its expensive. Sp can i take 2 caps a nigjt instead of 3? Or dlesn anyone know where i can get it cheap? Cheapest place i can find is 20 us shipping?

NP might be the cheapest. You have to wait when AI stuff goes cheap. Then stock up

App nut and AI are products i wanna try.But they are both a bit pricey.Plus with the hghup u need atleast 2 bottles though,at minimum
 
3 capsules are best.

In addition to 3z, we carry hghPRO , and I agree two bottles are needed for best results, just about on any hgh booster.

i was actually gonna bring up hghPRO too.. dude its killer stuff. i actually had better rest on that than 3z. not to mention the added benefit of boosting gh.
