I've been getting a sharp pain in my left knee. With some clues as what it could be I went to my grandfather who is a retired chiropracter. He said it's probably Iliotibial band syndrome, a.k.a. ITBS. Now i didn't know too much about this injury but I went back home and did a lot of searching. Just to make sure it wasn't anything permanent and it definately was ITBS, I went to my doctor, and he concurred that it was in fact ITBS. This sucks guys. The only other injury I have sustained is a pulled groin and that didn't put me out for long. Hopefully this won't either. Just lots of strething and some ibuprofen...
