Since most doctors are so knowledgeable about supplements you should ask them before taking anything. If they don't know what it is or dissuade you from taking it then don't. Think of all the money you will save on buying supplements.

Well, hopefully you're well versed in the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of both of these compounds the OP is asking about so you can give an appropriate answer.
I didn't see any interaction data with those and I can't think of why those would cause adverse events together, but klonopin is a pretty tricky drug, so I would be cautious. Actually, having taken klonopin before, I would look for an alternative altogether, but that is just my two cents.
You can combine the two, but the more important concern is the Clonazepam. If you're unsure, just don't take the agmatine, but on paper there are no issues.
