reason i asked is because the current trend is if using both you need less of each, your thoughts?

I still still the same amounts.
Pre workout I use around 9g cit/mal to increase arginine blood levels and the agmatine just for more pump in the muscles.
Cit/mal for vasvularity and agmatine for the actual muscle fullness. That's my take anyways.
Not sure what the synergy between the two is, if any.

looks like i am going to try bumping up my dose, been just going with 1gm agmatine/3-6 cit mal and seeing very nice results....i need to see what the higher dosing does.

i agree there is symetry, but also agree that i don't know what it is!!!

I only dose it so high because in the studies I read, they usually needed 8-10g.
The majority of the subjects were endurance athletes, so that amount was needed for increased endurance. But I believe it also gave the highest blood arginine levels.
 
I didn't bookmark the first studies I read but here are some that used 6g:
