Age Force HGH patches?

Hiya.

I just got an email advising me of a great deal on age Force HGH slow release patches.

Now, I had no idea you could buy HGH or the alike freely? I'm guessing because this is a modified hormone variant, they can get around this?

So, what are people's views? And do these work?
