I'd like to read that 12 month review too! I picked up a couple bottles last year and didn't see any improvements in recovery but I also have questioned whether I should have picked up at least 4-6 for a more involved run.

I'll get it up today. I just get self conscious because I've been training for so long and don't always feel I've done anything special (considering the length of my consistency..) and people tend to have warped perceptions of what is "good". I pretty much just need to hit "post reply".
In for reading it. I get self conscious about fitness too but then realize what percent of the population can’t do 10 pushups and the feeling passes. Not to dog on people who can’t but you get my point
