Agamatine with food?

I have been trying 1 gram of agmatine on an empty stomach and it causes me to crash. is this due to its ability to lower blood glucose levels? Would make sense since SNS puts it in their GDA supplement.

I have stacked agmatine with CBD before bed and found it helped a lot. i always assumed because it potentiated the effects of CBD, but now I wonder if it's because it just caused my blood sugar to drop.

Would it make sense to just take it with food? I have 100 grams i want to use up. It does nothing for me in the realm of pumps or vascularity for some reason.

Agmatine works in many ways .. and various studies have shown affecting insulin/glucose levels like you have stated.

I am currently doing it on empty stomach and i get sick pumps at 750mg-1G solo

might be different for you, if you feel like it doesnt help you pre workout .. yeah i would dose it with meals, pre bed ..whatever you feel like is helping you to get the most out of it.

Thank you for the help, i really appreciate it. I will stick to taking it with food to see how it works for me as part of my GDA stack.
If I may ask you another question, for pre-workout pumps, is it advised to take agamatine separately from citrulline and arginine, or can they all be stacked?

I’ve seen a few people say agmatine seems to improve sleep. Worth a shot.

As for stacking, they can be taken together. Agmatine acts differently and should improve the benefits of the others, at least in theory.

np .. thats why we are all here to learn from each other

as for your question - safe to take it all, youll actually see various pre workouts that have Citrulline w/ agmatine .. arginine is fine as well not as popular now a day as the other 2.

For example this is a fan favorite product here .. and you would be like creatine your own at the dosages that works for you .. Ive done Agmatine + Citrulline/cit malate and loved it pre workout.

^^^ one of my absolute favorite pump products!!!

I also have bulk powder agmatine and L-Citruline. Those 2 combined provide a great pump. I've always done both on an empty stomach.

Just never take more than 1.5 grams. Fastest acting laxative I ever frigging had. By the time I was done my pre workout wore off :(

If I am dieting or not up to snuff on my maintenance calories and take agmatine on an empty stomach, I most definitely get low glucose to some degree every time.
