Hey AM, I’ll be running some Bodyconscious Epistane for 6 weeks and would like to make a cycle log for those who would like to tag along. For those curious, my only successful cycles in the past have been a 4 weeker of Rpn Havoc and a 5 weeker of Nanodrol. The goal is bulking; so I’ll be eating 6-8 meals a day on average.
Stats: 6’0, 172.5-175.5lbs atm, arm’s currently around 15.5-15.75 unpumped. I haven’t been benching lately, but I’m guessing its 245-265lbs atm. Bodyfat is estimated to be 12-14%.
On cycle:
Epistane: 30/30/30/30/45/45mg
Test cyp: 150mg pinned once a week
Cel cycle assist: 6/6/6/6/6/6caps per day
Post cycle:

1 multi vitamin, 3g fish oil, 5000iu d3, 600mg nac, 100mg ubiquinol coq10.
