After 4 weeks off?

Been a lazy fatass for 4 weeks. How much did i lose? Ifi was benching 135x8 then should i start with like 115? And if i was running 6.5mph for 45 min then think i can do intervals of 5 and 7 for 30?
 
Just go back and do what you can. If you can bench 120, do one 120. If you can still bench 135 do that.

After 4 weeks you will now only be able to do exactly 117.5x 8. I hope your gym has some 2.5 pounders. Your speed also decreased to 5.8 mph for 45 minutes. It's a good thing you didn't wait 5 weeks though because you may not have even been able to bench the bar at that point!

Seriously though wtf do you expect as an answer? Go to the gym and find out.
