:wtf:
You started a cycle and had no f'in idea what PCT was. Do some research before you start another cycle. Can't believe you didn't do that before you even started the sustanon one. how old are you?

am 37 bud am fairly new to the gym and was getting my advise from my training partner whos pretty experienced, i realise now it was not the best move, hence being on here now trying to findout what i should be doing now and what i should be doing after my next cycle which is different gear, so any advise would be appreciated

Research the terms nolva dosing protocol, aromitase inhibitors to get an idea of what to use and how. Look at other people's PCT's to get an idea of how to run yours.

better find a way to get some SERM, AI, and/or test booster pretty quick. nothing the search button won't fix. now you know what to do to avoid this potentially costly mistake again. :)

Important stuff that you need to do, which I'd rather not take the chance of you missing:

Get bloodwork done after you finish your PCT. Say a week or two after your last dose of whatever SERM you decide to use. Make sure everything is back to where it should be.

Normal time off between cycles is time on cycle+time on pct=time off. seems like a long time, but hey, it's your balls. A lot of guys will take less time between cycles, but most of these guys are either the very experienced guys that either know what they're doing or have done it so many times that it's just their lifestyle, or idiot kids.

next cycle, get blood work before and after. this way you can be sure that things are how they should be.

Good luck. Start reading, there's a LOT out there.
