In new to training and need some advice on balking up I train 4 days a week
Monday chest and bi's flat bench with bar incline dum bells flys then cable cross over. I'm doin sets of 8 to 10 last set to failure
Tuesday legs and abs
Wed rest day
Thursday back and tries
Friday shoulders
I try to average 4 workouts for each muscle. My diet is good I weigh 182lb height 5.9 eating every 2/3 hours 280 grams of protein a day been training a year and Iv gone from 60 bench to 120kg anyone got any advice for me
