Advice on XF please

This is my first time doin a cycle on X-Factor and I was wondering what time I
should take my XF. Also if my diet is ok?

(5:00am)
1 whey scoop
(5:30am)
1cup of CornFlakes
2 cups of Skim Milk
(7:30am)
1 Bagle with Water/Skim Milk
(10:00am)
Sandwhich with Honey Ham
(1:00pm)
pre workout
2 wheyscoops, 1cup of oats, 1 banana
(2:30pm)
Post workout shake
2 wheyscoops, 1cup of oats, 1 banana
(4:00pm)
2 cans of tuna, 1 torillas
(6:30PM)
2 chicken breast, 4 totrillas
(Before Bed/ around 10pm)
1 scoop of casein protein
I want to take ZMA but I just don’t know what time to take the ZMA
or when to take my casein shake for bed time?

I would:
Replace Corn Flakes with Shredded Wheat
Replace the honey ham sandwich by a sweet potatoe and a chicken breast
Make sure the bagel is whole wheat, and get that milk all the time with it

The rest should be okay. Thy to cut the bread and replace with whole foods.

ZMA has to be taken 30 minutes before your last protein shake.

Dose XF evenly during the day, and on workout days, use 2 caps pre workout.
 
Thanks for your reply I appreciate it....Also I was planning on taking XF when I cut depending how I like XF. Should I wait a full 50days or just take creatine (mono)? I really want to keep my strength while cutting.

The only thing when you use XF on a cut is the hunger. Your appetite will skyrocket esp. on a calorie deficit. You should take at least a 50 day break between the cyclesif that is your question.
