Advice on first cycle

Looking to see what everyonoe would reccommend as a first cycle. I'm looking to add a few pounds and maybe shed some fat. I've read logs on running just m-tst and that seems to do what i'm looking for. How is mega-trn by itself? Combine mega-trn/tst? Any other suggestions? Also not too rough on the liver. Just looking for something with the least sides and not too rough for a first cycle. Thanks in advance..
