Advice on cutting

What's up guys. Looking to get ripped up and know all about the deficit and types of foods. What I am curious about is to how the nutrient timing aspect comes into play. Ease help me out here! Thanks bros!
 
Carbs around workout. Extremely low fat around workout as well.

Whole meal to start the day not a shake.

Whole foods instead of shakes whenever possible.
 
Without knowing how many meals and when you lift, start feeding and end feeding, yes towards the start and end of the day

lift first thing in the morning after meal 1 consisting of protein and fat. Usually eat 4-5 meals a day. First feeding usually 10am last is around 10pm
 
I personally like fats with my carbs (10-15g) pre wo to keep blood sugar level stable but just find what works best for you. If you are cutting carbs I would recommend keeping them Peri wo for performance reasons to keep LBM but it's not 100% set in stone
 
What has worked for me and my clients

PreWO - IFN Whey protein + carbs (30g) + 1/2 TBSP fat
Intra - Glycofuse + BCAA
Post - Steak + carbs (57g) + 1/2 TBSP fat

Than another meal of carbs, rest is protein and fat till you fill your macros.
