Advice Needed - BSL Trenabol/Halo Cycle and Gyno

Hi y'all - First post here, so go easy! :-)

Stats -

45 years old
205 Lbs
15.5 % BF (bod pod)
Lifting history - Very consistent - 5-6 days a week for the past 7 years or so
Cycle History - I have done cycles of Halodrol, Superdrol, and Epi in the past. Probably about 5 cycles total.
TRT - I am on 100MG Test Cyp per week, 1/2 MG of Anastrozole twice a week and .5 ML HCG twice a week

Current Cycle - I am on day 38 of my cycle - Ran 80MG of Tren for 28 days, Tapered to 60 MG for days 28-35 for a total of 35 days, Started 50 mg of Halo on Day 21 and bumped it to 75 MG on day 28. I am on day 14 of Halo and plan to run it for 28 more days for a total of 6 weeks. I have also bumped my Test to 200 mg per week for the entire cycle.

Situation- I started noticing a hard lump directly underneath my right nipple and both nipples have become increasingly sore. The lump hurts if you press it. The left nipple is getting a smallish lump now but not as big or bad as the right one. When this started I got Inhibit-P and started taking two pills per day (on day 21 of the tren cycle ). I assume this is some sort of prolactin related gyro, since I have never had any gyno to speak of. I have no lactation that I have seen / noticed.

Question - what else should I be taking to make this go away? Given that I stopped the Tren about 3 days ago, will this resolve itself? Should I get Caber or Prami (heard bad stories about Prami sides). Is there any other Estrogen blocker / AI I should be taking?

Sounds like Estro Gyno for sure. Grab some exemestane my friend. If you're on TRT im sure you're endo can help
 
MTPMJM - Thanks for the quick reply. You suggest exemestane even though I am already on Anastrozole. I thought they were essentially the same type of drug. What is the difference? What dosage would you suggest?

You don't think this could be any type of Prolactin related Gyno?

Exem is a suicidal ai,so you will not have any estro rebound. I personally have always liked that vs anastrozole and had better luck. Start with 12.5 mg ed. Bump up to 25mg ed if needed. Normally if you can controll estro,prolactin wont be a problem. Imo

Only way to know for sure is to get bloodwork. Sometimes you just need to cut your cycle short to handle your situation.

Thanks guys. I called my TRT doc and he has ordered blood work for me. Going to get both estrogens checked before switching me to e Exem. So next question. - How will Halodrol affect my estrogen numbers? Should I cycle off of Halodrol before getting blood drawn? (really don't want to since I am on day 23 of my Halo cycle and it is just starting to get good!!) To recap - am on the following now -

200 mg Test Cyp weekly, 1 mg Anastrozole weekly, 100 mg Halodrol Daily,. 1ml HCG weekly

Do you guys tell your docs if you are on cycle and what you are taking?
 
It's not supposed to aromatize. I think it would only show up if you got liver values tested too and they were out of range
