Hey all,

I was just wondering if you could give me some input on what i am about to do. I making my own mixture of protein @ trueprotein.com. I am planning and making a custom mix for pre, post and nite-time shakes. My pre-wprkout mix will contain 40% whey isolate and 60% creatine to give me the little boost for workout, the additvies are vitamins and minerals, the post mix is an already mix one that trueprotein has made called fast recovery post workout which has dexatrose and amino acids along with maltodextrin, hydolzed whey, and i am custom mixing a nite time mix of roughly 60% micellar casein, 30% calcium caseinate, and 10% Eaa's. Since im not custom mixing the post workout mix i dont really need any suggestions on that, but i was wondering if you could comment on the pre, and nite-time mix that i made, i know its very plain and standard but its it ok. Please let me know if i should have something else in there or more or less of something that i have. thanks much!!

here's what I decided on,
in an attempt to make a diversely sourced, any time shake that is super lean.

Calcium Caseinate 10%
Gemma Protein Isolate Powder 25%
Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration 20%
Egg White Protein 20%
Soy Protein Isolate non-GMO 10%
Psyllium Seed Husk Fiber 10%
Creatine Monohydrate Powder 5%

106 calories, 21.7g protein 0.66g fat, 0 chol., 2.7g dietary fiber, 3g creatine

god knows how it would taste, but the protein is solid, and gemma is heavy on the BCAA's. 3.1g total carbs, almost all dietary fiber, almost no fat, no cholesterol. solid imo.
