Advice for first Pro-hormone cylce PLEASE HELP

I'm in need of some advice from guys who have used pro-hormones and the diet that I am running on it.

I am currently trying to cut body fat while gaining strength and definition.I am 6'3, 285 with approx 21% body fat. I just finished with college football and typically am used to power lifting. I have never used a pro-hormone but am getting my first bottle of Super Mandro. I am thinking of taking 3 caps a day (each cap 110 mg) for the first cycle and then possibly increase dosage for the second cycle.

Below is the diet I am running:
Breakfast
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups of egg whites
3/4 cup of oatmeal with water

Lunch
10 oz chicken breast
1 1/2 cup of rice
4 oz of veggies

2 scoops of whey post workout

Post workout meal
10oz chicken breast
4oz potatoes
1 apple
1tbs peanut butter

Dinner

10oz 93% lean ground beef
10oz sweet potato

1 scoop of whey before bed.

I am doing a lot of volume to try and increase strength and definition! If you have any supplement, diet, or training advice please let me know

I'm in for the advice, however I am curious if you have a proper pct in place and what type of oncycle support will you be running.

I don't have on cycle support but I do have a PCT rmanyou

There are some great people here that will give you some great advise.
I do believe you need to do a little more research before you start.

Your pct is it over the counter?

Have you already purchased Super Mandro and pct v

I not an expert by far, but I dont think you understand the pro's and con's of taking this step.I would suggest ALOT more research before you start. I strongly suggest oncycle support. Ph are not magic wands or ment to be taken lightly. Even though mandro may be a less harsh compound you still need to do things properly to negate the sides as much as possible. Also you may want to drop you bf a little before starting...but that's just my opinion.

If you do listen to my advise and put in the time and research to do things properly. I would suggest going with something non-hormonal in the mean time like Olympus Labs Str3nth. I ran 2 bottles at 100 mg a day with good results.

You need on cycle support

You need a SERM for pct

21% is too high to be taking ph's... high bf leads to more sides and hormonal problems.

Not sure what your goal is with this cycle, but you should diet down to at least 15% before even considering starting anything. use this time to learn about cycle supports, pct, etc

This. I think you need to lift heavy and diet down to a healthier body fat level first before introducing a prohormone. At your current body fat level, you won't have any problem gaining or maintaining strength while cutting, and it will be a much safer route. Prohormones are nothing magic, and they can be dangerous without the proper support supplements and PCT.

My suggestion would be to diet down, focus on eating clean and lose some bodyfat before considering anything along the lines of a PH cycle. While you diet down, read into prohormones and educate yourself so you don't hurt yourself. These compounds are more dangerous than you think, and given your current stats, probably won't have a tremendous impact on your body composition at this stage in your journey. A proper diet and consistent training is all you need for now!
