Hey guys first time posting so hope I'm in the right place. Looking to run my first cycle in about a year and have bit of a conundrum.
The cycle I have planned is epi halo stack at
Epi 20/20/20/20
Halo 50/50/50/50
This in an of itself is pretty straight forward, what I have a question about is I have about a weeks worth of mdrol chilling in my cabinet that I would like to tack on and get rid of. My thought is to run it for the first week, train lots of volume (stretch muscle facias) then bridge into epi/halo continue volume for another two weeks and then work more power lifts for the last two weeks and make everything nice and dense. Or I could run the sd at the end to bump up strength.
I just love the pump from sd too much though!
