advice: came down w/ the flu mid-cycle

So i'm in my 5th week of my sustanon cycle, and i've got the flu or some sort of virus. Feeling really weak, loss of appetite, congested, and slight fever constantly. It'll pass 2-3 days from now, but the problem is i'm supposed to have my shot tomorrow.
I get a shot 2x a week, 250 sus + 250 IU hCG. I'm thinkin to hold off til later this week on the shot..
Any suggestions, or anyone had a similar dilemma before? Should I hold off on the Sus but continue with the hCG tomorrow? Thanks in advance, any advice is appreciated.
