So my workouts are at around 4 or 5pm everyday lasting about 2 hrs. Has anyone messed with the times you take dosages to maximize the concentration on the "supplement" their taking? Like instead of 2 pills (10mg each) taken 12 hours apart, would their be any dangers or advantages in taking it instead at 7am first pill then 2nd one at about 1pm so in theory tye conentration would be better around 4pm when my workout start? My appoligys for the probably dumb question but curious to find out.thanks!
