Daily alpha: shoveled a foot of snow off my 150ft driveway. In shorts and a tshirt. Immediately after leg day.
 
Helped replace the catalytic converter in my wife's car this morning. Cars have been killing our Holliday plans.
 
Today I showed I was the leader of the pack by taking my dog to a different park than usual to give him a chance to experience a different environment than usual.

No, to say I (ME) was the leader of the pack, before hitting the gym, I took 5 scoops of original Jack3d, 8 scoops of Jack3d Micro, a half bottle of Anabeta, 6 pounds of dopadex, counted out and took 95 pills of forskolin 95, and a six-pack's worth of bottles of Versa-1. When I got to the gym I took 2.3 grams of ephedrine and 1.5 grams of DMAA. I started feeling the crash after 5 minutes of warming up on the treadmill, so I took in a few good lines of cocaine and a couple grams or so of methamphetamine. Did I do enough leading today?

Going to school early to help the custodians and workers shovel for the students when they get dropped off from the bus
Putting in that extra OT, but the principal and secretaries are noticing it and leaving a good note for me in the office and the students really appreciate it

Hopefully they do enjoy the extra hard work and of course the extra effort
 
to show i was the leader of the pack today I got a couple new guys to start going to the gym and have been helping them get knowledgeable about everything. They seem really into it
 
To show I was the leader of the pack today, I loaded the up the bar and dead lifted. Then I got under the bar and squatted.

we had a school luncheon today i had no idea about, and guess who had to go outside and haul in loads of ice, and bring in all the catered food

just to look at a table full of cake, cookies, bread pudding and all these tasty desserts haha
 
Today I showed I am the leader of the pack by getting to the gym at 5am so I can get a workout in because I have a 12 hour shift today
 
Swamped with work today and was going to take the day off of working out but I woke up with a wild hare to go to the gym and did power cleans, shrugs, calves and abs.. wild card kind of day , no set agenda. Arrived to work and my Secret Santa got me a fitness magazine, quest bars and a coffee mug.. Secret Santa must know me well, lol..
 
Today, I showed that I was the leader of the pack by actually calling my prescription at the pharmacy in ahead of time, instead of just showing up in person and telling them to fill it.
 
As the leader of the pack today I loaded up on my 4 caps of alpha goodness, my one scoop of creatine with my protein shake while everybody was ordering a 4 dollar cup of coffee. I didnt wait for my cup of coffee to cool enough for me to keep my eyes on the road, I threw a scoop of Advanced into my to-go jack3d funnel and arrived to the gym ready to crush some incline db presses.
 
I just left the gym, and to show I was the leader of the pack, I held open the door for a woman who was entering the gym with her 3 small children (better her than me!).
 
Being the leader of the pack. i gamely waded into one of my dogs festivities and let her know amid her snarling that her idea of a good time with other animals is not allowed unless i say so.
 
Another teacher at school tomorrow did not want to participate in Ugly Sweater day (Among teachers tomorrow) So i went out and bought him an ugly sweater to wear for tomorrow.
Winner gets a free lunch on the school (principal)
Hopefully my selection will be worth the individuals time and they do well. Im not a big sweater guy but i will partake. hopefully i can rise up and win or this guy can. Either way its for fun so i hope the kids laugh at me for my sweather haha.
