So, I’ll have to apologize to probably five guys for my defense of beet juice powder. Turns out the stuff I’ve been using is full of stuff that shouldn’t be in it. Hence the amazing pumps.

That is all.

Mainly to openly admit defeat and apologize for defending beet juice powder.

not surprise - but really, how find out? would think big news on supplement sites if good lab test it and find drugs. also, while not work as well as drugged supp, lol - beets and arugala does have some "in people (runners)" data showing it helps a little bit - and you get all the veggie goodness to boot!

The one I use above definitely helps me with cardio.
