I'm sleeping great on this. My first bottle is almost out though. I don't want it to end! Gonna take a month off then hop back on it. 1 on 1 off for life hahaha

It's not a bad idea at all, I mean cycling some supplements can help them be more effective. I probably won't go more than 2 consecutive bottles of AdrenoSurge myself.
 
It should be effective either way. I haven't taken melatonin in a while.

AdrenoSurge is not really intended as a sleep product, but it does help me sleep deeper. Reduction in stress is very helpful for sleep.

Thanks for the business! Yesterday was the first day in about 5 months that I could sleep in til whenever and I slept for 13 hours lol

Ha! Awesome!! I'm on a very similar stretch working two jobs, and I've got less than a week until a week vacation.. I'm hoping for some sleeping in!

a note on adrenosurge: It doesnt make ME sleepy when i dose it, but when i fall asleep, it seems to produce a deeper sleep (not waking up at night...etc) and im dreaming more (at least i am remembering my dreams more).

Yep, it's the same with me. No drowsiness, just deeper sleep :)
 
yeah trying to see where my size and body comp is at the end of august and that will determine what compound i use. Def adding dermacrine though.

Word! Same thing with me! Had a dream the other night that i got bit by a shark in my hand! Remembered it very well! It was a very vivid dream! Whats more weird is that i woke up and my thumb was hurting! Hurt the whole day! Hah

Just ordered two bottles as well, my Doc has had me on Adaptenall for the past year. I have never noticed much from it, so I,m ready to try another supplement and see if I feel any difference. As Ive gotten older I,m starting to wake up some in the middle of the night and not b able to fall back sleep for a bit. Hope this helps.....

Couple questions... Probably making this more difficult than it needs to but when it says to take on the morning is that upon waking on an empty stomach?? Evening dose empty stomach like 30 minutes before bed sound good before my before bed snack??

yes, i take my adrenosurge on empty stomach....i have tried dosing w/food, but it seems more effective for me on an empty.

^^This. I generally take my first dose pre-workout and my second dose pre-bed, both on empty stomach.
 
That's exactly when I take mine too. The sleep has been so much better and i'm definitely responding to stims

as a representative for a supplement company i am not going to recommend using adrenosurge with something that can be as risky as clen....if you decide to do it, i would use less than the recommended amount to access your tollerance.
