thats for sure. the course we used was 10km, although im sure it wasnt the toughest route on the base. you still in the marines?
 
DAY 31
attempted to hit my chest. light weights, higher reps, lots of mind-muscle connection. worked out okay, but im still looking for a way to hit my chest and shoulders without causing too much pain to my left joint. on to the log...

20 lbs each handle on the cables, slow reps, 1 second hold at peak contraction, 20 reps x 2 sets, 15 x 4, then 15 slow, non lockout push ups using a slightly wider than shoulder grip.

i could barely walk down the stairs after. was a great feeling.

NOTES

good energy all day, awesome workout. shoulder still felt pretty crappy even with lighter weights. calf workout was one of the best ive ever had. im at about 180 right now, but i look a little bit leaner still. pretty happy about it. with a pump, i look cut as f*ck. with out a pump, still have more vascularity, arms look more defined, midsection looks to be shaping up nicely, and even my legs look to be carrying a little less fat.

i have about 4 or 5 days left i think. will make the best out of them for sure.

fun day. volcoms log got me really trying to focus on my brachio now. bi training is going to become more and more focused on hammers and reverse curls. lots of volume for tris tonight. more than i usually do. trying different things, seeing if they respond better to higher volume while still going as heavy as possible. really focuses on grip tonight too, like i normally do, but by the time i got to my last couple sets of hammers, i could barely hold the dumbells. arms should be nice and sore tmrw, i hope.

NOTES

looked great in the mirror tonight after the gym. stomach is lookin good, little more flat. arms looked really veiny. kind of got the snake vein going on in my arms now right over my biceps. shoulder vein is getting more visible. appetite suppression is still in full effect, as i didnt eat or snack for about 4 hours. normally i pretty hungry, or at least preparing a meal at about the 2.5-3 hour mark. focus was good as i was doing hw most of the day, studying for my midterm which will be taking place in about 6.5 hours.

counted the remainer of my pills, and ive got about 12 left. i will be dosing 4 pre workout, and 2 at a later or earlier time in the day for the next 2 days. 2 more days for the log. ill get some after pictures up by the end of the week. if not ill have them up by saturday or sunday for sure. going to finish up strong, and continue on in my quest for a leaner and stronger physique.
 
DAY 32
had a test in the morning, then just kinda chilled all day, got my car washed, hit legs, and saw pineapple express with some friends. to the log...

awesome leg workout. felt like puking after, but i managed to hold it in. walking back to my car was also an adventure in the my legs were jello. energy was good. had a nice little rush of energy before my test. hopefully i did well on it. appetite suppression still good, even nearing the end of two bottles.

this is the seond to last update. ill post todays update later tonight probably (last update), and then a final review and after pictures by the end of the weekend.

was a sad day. last 3 pills of adrenalean. overall a very good workout. was gonna do cardio but my gf was waiting drove with me and finish before me and i didnt wanna make her wait another 30 minutes on top of the other 30-40 minutes she was already waiting for me.

even on the last day, appetite suppression was sick. energy was good from morning start to morning end. full review to come. probably by tonight. pics tonight too probably.
 
FINAL REVIEW
again thank you to haiz and everyone at DS for giving me this opprotunity to not only try their product, but get a taste of what DS is all about. i was extremely impressed with adrenalean and will be using DS products again in the near future. (probably lean extreme, activate extreme, and adrenalean for a delightful recomp). i'll be rating the product on energy, focus, appetite suppression, and fat loss. then pictures from before and after.

ENERGY
every single dose of adrenalean delivered a smooth and crash free energy. even with stressful days at work or waking up early for school, it always delivered. in terms of my use for workouts/cardio, one of the best pre w/o stims ive used. gave me a nice boost that last well after the workout.
another aspect of the energy was that even if i took it later in the evening, i didnt have any problems with sleeplessness. with some products ive sat in bed for hours waiting for the stim effect to wear off, but i had no issues with this.

FOCUS
the best. great for doing hw, great for lifting, and nothing beats it for doing cardio. i honestly found myself doing 30-40 minutes of steady state, moderate intensity cardio, in what felt like 10-15 minutes. i usually just get bored and try to rush thru my cardio, soemtimes even cutting it short, but i dont recall doing that with adrenalean.
helped with my summer school class too, in regards to doing work and being attentive in class.

APPETITE SUPPRESSION
read any logs using adrenalean and the user will have positive feedback in this aspect. this part was by far the most noticeable. there were a few days where i straight up didnt think about eating. it made it so much easier to stray away from cheat meals and little snacks. also allowed me to concentrate on when i NEEDED to eat, and not when i wanted to eat. this was felt all the way until the end of the product, and even a day or so after.

FAT LOSS
i have a decent amount of fat to lose still, but i definitely got pushed in a good direction. no particular areas lost a ton of fat, but i do notice my body as a whole a little bit leaner. made for an extremely awesome recomp effect. strength is still up, even increased a little bit, weight is down about 3-4 lbs, hovering at around 176-178, and bf seems to have decreased a little bit. top abs seems to be a little more noticeable. i am a lot more vascular. arms/delts look more defined. even my calves and legs look a little leaner. overall im very pleased with the fat loss.

FUTURE
i kind of decided against my planned 16 week bulk (8 weeks strength priority, 8 weeks muscle hypertrophy priority). due to the pain in my left shoulder joint i have not been training chest or shoulders, and limited back, bi, and tri exercises. i just started super cissus rx from usp and will use that for a month or so, and will be doing some therapeutic exercises for my shoulder to let it heal properly.
i will continue to "recomp", probably until i am at around 10% bf, or until my shoulder is fully recovered and ready for some brutal weight, whichever comes first (hopefully at the same time :)). im trying to tweak the velocity diet to utilize carbs and AP, and may give that a go. i will also be logging neovar recomped soon, courtesy of tex and the good folks at AN.

update: i havent used adrenalean in almost a week and im now down to 175. still kind of feeling the appetite suppression to be perfectly honest. gimme another bottle!
