Adipoxil with food or empty stomach?

At the bottle it doesn't mention anything about if it should be taken with or without food, what do you guys recommend? =)

ALWAYS TAKE BEFORE A MEAL NEVER AFTER A MEAL

you can try it on an empty stomach too. Thats how i preferred but start with ONE CAPSULE and gauge your response. its intense
