Adex for LGD-4033

I'm just starting a run of lgd-4033 and cardarine. Some people expressed concern about possible estrogen issues so i also grabbed a bottle of adex. I'm planning this cycle to be 8 weeks.

My question is how much adex do i need to take alongside as a precaution?

I have one bottle of adex 1ml/30ml. Would 0.5 or 0.25ml per day be sufficient or too much? I'd love to avoid the achy joints they adex can cause.

What's the lowest dose that would still be moderately effective just as a precaution ?

Not sure i even need the adex and can perhaps save it for pct but I'm also a lil paranoid. So any advice either way is appreciated.

Too much. I doubt you'll see estro sides but if you are really worried go .5 every other day.

I'd have a bottle on hand, like you should always, and dose as necessary. How high are you planning on going with LGD? Most likely you won't need it.

I plan on running it at 10mg for eight weeks with GW @ 20mg
